According to Bellé, (2020), reward management is concerned with both the preparation and the implementation of different strategies and policies which are geared towards the remuneration of employees. The reward process should be both relatively and in line with the organization set values. The human resource Management (HRM) is measured as one of the most critical resources in an organization since it panels and determines the general presentation of the organization (Kusurkar, 2018). Therefore, in this paper, I have documented on various approaches that an organization should adopt in rewarding its employees for better performance, the strengths, and weaknesses of each approach involved.
If the employees offer their services by the value requirements of an organization, then, it is prone to success and overall better outcomes in the long run (Briscoe, & Schuler, 2014). Therefore, it is vital to understand that employees provide their skills to their companies, anticipating receiving rewards in return. Despite, nearly all organizations have changed the methods of handling different issues that are unique to human resource management.
