A Research Essay on the Position of Human Resource Specialist

            There are many options on what to do with one’s life when they “grow up.” Most Americans today choose to move out of their parents’ house, start a family of their own, and most importantly support their family working a full time job. The list of different types of jobs that exist is nearly limitless. Not all jobs pay well, and not all jobs have a good outlook for lasting long in the future.  A job I have chosen to research and perform for my own future is a human resources specialist.

I choose to study human resource specialists because it simply seems like a job I would enjoy. Almost all employers would require a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business degree. In some cases, employers require past experience when hiring a human resources worker. There are a variety of different jobs and duties that a human resources specialist may perform. A main function of human resources workers includes the hiring process for other workers within the company. Firstly, HR workers must consult with whoever may be in charge about what type of employees they should be seeking for the company.They must take in to account the particular job looking to be filled, along with the skills and qualifications to fill said job.
