Contract and Lawsuit Technicalities

Joe has been mandated by law as a business man to enter into contracts with customers who are above the age of 18 years in order for the transaction to be termed as legal (Posner, 2014). The contract should be in legal form so that a proper analysis of the fine print is done by both parties. It should clearly state the terms of the agreement and the exact address that has to be demolished. Both parties are required to have signed and where possible the company stamp is clearly seen. The terms of the agreement also should state the date in order for the contract to be valid. All this is aimed at reducing miscommunication that can lead to the mentioned scenario where demolition of a different house took place. Once the contract between the client and Joe’s company is reviewed only then will it be clear on who should be liable for the damages.
